Volunteer Form

SWL Schools now requires an online background check (no longer have to visit the district office) through 'Secure Volunteer'. 

Allow at least a week for this information to process on the Secure Volunteer website. 

The cost for volunteers is $5 a person, while the district covers the remaining balance.
