School Nurse

Mrs. Teresa Richardson is the clinic nurse at Pataskala Elementary.

If your student requires medication during the school day or has other health concerns please reach out to her at trichardson@laca.org or call the front office at 740-927-3861.

Please reach out to Mrs. Richardson before medication is brought to school. Certain forms must be completed before we can administer medication at school. Students are not permitted to bring medications to school in their backpacks. All medication must be brought by an adult to the clinic to be checked in by school staff.
